If you use the opportunity Print@Home, you can print the tickets comfortably at home. Print@Home booking is possible until shortly before the beginning of the performance – in case the performance is not sold out. By booking with Print@Home at the value of goods in the amount of 20,00 Euro per booking (not per ticket) there will be costs in the amount of 0,50 Euro, at the value of goods in the amount more than 20,00 Euro there will be costs in the amount of 1,00 Euro. Please note that tickets ordered online cannot be returned.
The entrance tickets are also valid as tickets for all VGN means of transportation (DB second class, trains without additional fees) in the whole area of the VGN metropolitan area Nuremberg on the day of the event four hours before the beginning until the end of the business day for one-time round-trip to respectively from the event.
If you like to use the entrance ticket as a ticket for the public short-distance traffic you have to indicate the first and last name of each passenger voluntarily in the ordering process by booking with Print@Home. Without this indication the Print@Home-ticket can not be made out a valid combined ticket. After the booking this can not be converted for technical reasons.
The reduced 1-day-pass for Sunday 29 May you will only get at the box office at the Congress Centre Heinrich-Lades-Halle and other venues after showing a valid ID.
